The Women of Color Mastermind is a weekly, drop-in, coaching group facilitated by Natalie Orozco and myself. We want to offer women of Color a brave space to be unapologetically themselves, to decolonize the compartmentalization of work and home, to take big risks and dream even bigger, and to find support and accountability grounded in community.
